Did you know that the power to prevent flu and other diseases is in your own hands? The Clean Hands Coalition reminds of this fact during National Clean Hands Week, December 4 - 10, 2011. They also provide the following "Principles of Hand Awareness":
- Wash your hands when they are dirty and BEFORE eating
- DO NOT cough into your hands
- DO NOT sneeze into your hands
- DO NOT put your fingers into your eyes, nose or mouth.
